Dive in and explore yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama. The yoga sutras tell us that for millennia yoga has been used as a practice to observe the fluctuations of the mind and cultivate the experience of equilibrium, whatever the present moment brings. As we move from posture to posture, our goal is to find steadiness and sweetness, strengthening our ability to flow with inner and outer change.We will begin by slowly opening up the body and then turning up the heat with asana. After a creative, invigorating, and uplifting practice, we will cool down with restorative poses, pranayama, and meditation, leaving the body stretched, happy, and relaxed. You go home with a greater capacity for flowing with the ever-changing demands and opportunities that life presents. Friday to Sunday (2 nights).
