LONG-WEEKEND RETREAT AT MENLA IN THE CATSKILLS

Join Colleen and Rodney at the beautiful and refreshing Menla Mountain Retreat Center in the Catskills this Spring. Over the 4 days, Colleen and Rodney will teach six yoga classes moving through asana, pranayama, and meditation. There will be plenty of time to enjoy Menla’s beautiful and amazing new spa for body work, steam, and sauna. In addition, a traditional sweat lodge will be offered on Friday and Saturday nights.
Plan to arrive on the afternoon of Thurs May 14th. Check-in time is 3pm. We will start the retreat together with yoga from 4:30-6pm, followed by dinner. Friday and Saturday morning yoga class is from 9-11:30am and afternoon yoga, 4:30-6pm. Final yoga class on Sunday morning, 9-11:30am, followed by lunch and check out by 2pm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the retreat package rates.

Prices below, by room type, include 3 nights lodging, all meals, yoga, and sweat lodge. Spa services will be on your own tab.

$150 of your reservation payment is non-refundable. Cancellations received in writing before March 15th, 2015, will receive a refund, less the $150 non-refundable reservation fee. After March 15th, you will receive a refund (less $150 non-refundable fee) only if we can fill your spot.
